Workflow & Data Automation

I help early-stage startups automate workflows and eliminate manual data processes.

What I do

I build systems where:

  • Your apps update each other
  • Reports write themselves
  • The numbers finally match
  • Answers stop requiring digging

All in a way you understand and control. Less time on operations, more on growth. I work with whatever your stack uses, from no-code platforms like Zapier and Airtable to custom Python and SQL. Most projects take 2 to 4 weeks.

How It Works

  1. Email me.Tell me what manual process eats the most of your time. I'll send back an honest read on whether it's worth automating and how I'd approach it.
  2. Proposal.I send scope, timeline, and price.
  3. Build.I build it. You review. We iterate until it's right.
  4. The system runs without me.Modular, documented, and designed to run on its own. As your business changes, the system is easy to extend.
  5. After launch.APIs change, tools update, and your business grows. A retainer option keeps the system healthy - monitoring, upkeep, and making sure nothing breaks.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Client reporting that runs itself

The Problem: A four-person marketing studio loses the last week of every month to client reports: numbers pulled by hand from four ad platforms and a mention tracker, then a deck formatted for each client.

The Build: A pipeline that collects each platform's data on a rolling basis, applies each client's KPIs, and outputs a branded draft deck ready for review. A week of data wrangling becomes an afternoon, with room to take on more retainer clients without hiring.

One source of truth across scattered tools

The Problem: A course-and-coaching founder runs enrollments on one platform, an email list on another, and booking inquiries through a form, with no way to tell who is a student, a subscriber, or a repeat client.

The Build: A layer that pulls activity from every tool into a single contact record, plus a weekly digest of who is engaged and who is going quiet. Instead of guessing, the founder sees exactly who to follow up with, and stuck students get a nudge before they drop off.

Unified client intake and onboarding

The Problem: A solo consultant offering audits, retainers, and workshops manages each through different combinations of email, calendars, and ad-hoc contracts. Onboarding runs 2 to 3 hours per client, and details slip through the cracks.

The Build: A unified intake form that branches by service tier, generates the right contract, books the kickoff call, and creates the project workspace automatically. New clients go from inquiry to fully set up the same day, with nothing falling through.

About

Hi, I'm Hans. My foundation is 6+ years building production-grade data and automation systems at scale, including several years as a developer at a Fortune 100 company. I've designed data architectures still in use years later, built monitoring systems that catch failures before they cost anything, and replaced slow manual processes with automations that run on their own. I bring that same engineering discipline to every project I take on at Vectralytics.
